Common Questions
Understanding the Priority relationship.
The distinction is intentional: clients are invited, businesses are approved, and trust must be earned.
What is the Priority Client Program?
It is a curated trust brand connecting recognized clients with approved businesses through shared standards and lasting relationships.
How does someone become a Priority Client?
Priority Client access is extended by invitation from a member business. It cannot be purchased; the invitation recognizes a relationship in which confidence has already been earned.
How does a business enter the Trusted Network?
Businesses are approved by a Board. Participation cannot be purchased and carries an expectation of integrity, craftsmanship, relationships, stewardship, and accountability.
What is the Trusted Network?
The Trusted Network is the community of Board-approved businesses that represent the Priority Client Program and its standards.
Is the Trusted Network limited to one industry?
No. The Trusted Network is built for businesses across many industries, united by common standards rather than a single type of work.
What do the program’s standards mean in practice?
They establish a shared commitment to act with integrity, take pride in the work, care for relationships, practice stewardship, and remain accountable for commitments and outcomes.
Where should a program-related question be directed?
The contact page separates Priority Client, business, Trusted Network, and general inquiries so each message can follow the appropriate path.
Confidence isn’t claimed. It’s earned.
